Pac has never really cleaned out any one division but his overall resume is a little bit better than Floyd's especially when you factor in Pac always goes in for the kill. Floyd says he's going to KO his guy and ends up coasting...

Hmm.. Interesting. Pacquiao has stayed and dominated 122 and 126. Hoya was his debut at 147 after all the fight was at 147. And speaking of being a lineal champion, Pacquiao became the lineal champ at 112, 126, 130, and 140. 4 different weight divisions. Mayweather has fought 5 boxers at 147, and the only one worth mentioning (IMO) is Hatton and Zab. Hatton wasn't even comfortable at that weight. And Pacquiao's win against Diaz is better than Mayweather's win against Baldomir.

Clottey's fight was a close one. Some may argue that Clottey won against Cotto.

Who are you kidding? Left overs Mayweather fighting Hoya at 147 would end up the same. SD. And with out the referee's aid Mayweather would've "probably" won but not a TKO it would be by UD. Hatton will have a chance of winning. I mean Cortez was helping Mayweather since the first round. :patsch Allowing Mayweather to use his elbows and then punch clinch and then another elbow. Seriously??

See the bolded statement? WTF are you talking about?

Don't kid yourself. If Mayweather has really done a lot. Only a few will question his legacy and achievements. But almost all the fans excluding the *****S are the only ones that are impressed by Mayweather's accomplisments.

Alot of people acknowledge Manny Pacquiao's accomplisments. Many are rating his second only to Sugar Ray Robinson. Mayweather needs to fight who the people want him to fight, but then again Mayweather only fights for money.

You cant forget about the previous era Manny Pacquiao dominanted. Im not talking about Oscar De la hoya or Miguel cotto. But the days of Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquz and Marco Antonio Barerra.

Pacs defo taken on harder oppositon. I dont see FLoyd havin a harder opponent than wen Manny fought Cotto

ok for starters PACQUIAO DIDN'T "STAY AND DOMINATE ANY WEIGHT DIVISION"..PAC GOT THE BELT AT 112 AND DEFENDED IT 2 TIMES BEFORE BEING KNOCKED OUT IN HIS 3RD TITLE DEFENSE..THAN HE GOT KNOCKED AGAIN AT 112 8 OR 9 FIGHTS LATER I BELIEVE

AT 122 PAC DID NOT DOMINATE AND HE DIDN'T HAVE MANY FIGHTS..

AS FAR AS DIAZ N COMPARISON WITH THE BALDOMIR VICTORY...CARLOS WAS UNDEFEATED FOR 7 YEARS WHEN FLOYD FOUGHT HIM...NOT TO MENTION HE WAS THE "LINEAL" CHAMP...DIAZ WAS THE BELTHOLDER AT 135 FOR THE GREEN BELT AND HE WAS COMING OFF A MD TO ROMON MONTANO WHO HAD 4 LOSSES AND 2 DRAWS BTW..

THAN YOU GO ON TO TALK ABOUT THE REF IN THE HATTON FIGHT..JUST STFU UP WITH THAT BULL****..RICKY WAS UNDEFEATED AND HE WAS #8 IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME...FLOYD GOT THE TKO IN SPECTACULAR FASHION AND MANY ON ESB PICKED RICKY TO WIN THAT FIGHT...FUNNY HOW PEOPLE FORGET THINGS:think

Down to your last post..it is ONLY THE IDIOT *******S WHO THINK MANNY IS TOP 10...ONCE HE LOSES THE HYPE WILL BE GONE AND WE CAN GO BACK TO A REALITY WHERE MANNY IS ACTUALLY A TOP 50 ATG...

PACMAN didnt dominate any division, he pass them from feather to welter weight and hes the only boxer in the history of boxing to do so, I am not seeing any boxer who is active today that can do what he did. He had losses along the way, he maybe is top 1000 ATG but then again....HES THE ONLY ONE WHO HAVE 7 CHAMPIONSHIP IN 7 DIFFERENT WEIGHT DIVISION!

on the other hand, you may think hes top 50 in your opinion but for other people's opinion hes no 1, and for them to respect your opinion, you have to respect theirs.

You mad *****? Anyway this is the last time that I'll read your post since it's very annoying to read everything in caps HE STAYED THERE THE LONGEST. YOU MIGHT WANNA CHECK HIS RECORD AGAIN. DON'T KID YOURSELF BALDOMIR MIGHT'VE BEEN THE "LINEAL CHAMP" WHEN FRAUD FOUGHT HIM BUT SERIOUSLY? YOU THINK THAT HE IS THE BETTER FIGHTER THAN DIAZ? IF YOU THINK THAT HE IS THEN SO BE IT. I DON'T GIVE A ****. OH HATTON WAS #8 AT WORLD RANKINGS? SO WHAT FIGHTING SOMEONE WHOSE ORIGINAL WEIGHT DIVISION IS 140 WITH THE HELP OF JOE CORTEZ(REF) AT 147 IS GOOD WIN? IT EVEN TOOK HIM 10 ROUNDS TO BEAT HATTON. PACQUIAO'S TKO AGAINST HATTON WAS BONE CHILLING AND EXCITING! I GUESS MORE THAN HALF A MILLION FANS ARE *******S. I MEAN THEIR THE ONES THAT VOTED PACQUIAO AS SECOND ONLY TO SRR. AND IF PACQUIAO IS ONLY TOP 50 ATG. MAYWEATHER IS ONLY IN THE TOP 100. FYI, RING MAGAZINE DOES RANK MAYWEATHER AS #48 ATG. WHILE PACQUIAO, IS RATED BY MOST BOXING FANS AS TOP 10. IF PACQUIAO LOSES HE WILL STILL HAVE THE RESPECT OF MANY BOXING FANS FOR FIGHTING HARD CHALLENGES UNLIKE MAYWEATHER. IF MAYWEATHER LOSES HE WILL BE THE ONE WHO THE BOXING FANS WILL THINK THAT HE IS NOTHING BUT HYPE AND CHERRY PICKED HIS WAY UP TO THE TOP. YOU THIS IS TRUE MANY BOXING FANS NOT JUST THE "*******S" HATE MAYWEATHER NOT JUST BECAUSE HE'S A DUMBASS, HE DOESN'T FIGHT WHO THE FANS WANT HIM TO FIGHT! :rofl:patsch MAYWEATHER WILL BE REMEMBERED DECADES FROM NOW AND THEY WILL REVIEW HIS RESUME. HIS RESUME WILL REFLECT THE BOXERS THAT HE SHOULD'VE FOUGHT NOT THE BOXERS THAT HE FOUGHT.:rofl. YOU'RE MIGHT BE RIGHT ABOUT ONE THING HE DIDN'T DOMINATE ANY WEIGHT CLASS BUT EVERYTIME HE FIGHTS IT ****ING EXCITING UNLIKE FRAUD'S FIGHT.

also the lineal champ at welterweight is vacant; floyd was the last to hold that distinction, but he lost it in retirement and hasn't fought a welterweight bout since his return.

Maybe your right in a way, but if your opponent is only allowed to weigh between 140 and 145 it can't be considered a welterweight fight.

Basically your saying if a fighter is contracted to weigh no more than 141lbs it is still a welterweight fight?

Granted i agree its within the welterweight limit, but its not AT the welterweight limit, there for can not be considered a full welterweight fight.
