Shane wins. I like to say UD, but my gut feeling is, it would be via KO.

Pac also picked Mosley over Margarito which was contrary to the prediction of most so called experts. This time however Pac's got it wrong and I have a hunch that he'll hope to be incorrect.

i really want to see this match but i can't pick a clear winner right now. it's kind of hard for me to assess pbf's skill now through his performance against jmm. jmm was a bloated up lightweight who was trying to force the action against pbf when he has been a counter-puncher all his life

it is also hard to gauge mosley even though he had a splendid match against margo because that fight was too long ago.

anyway, my gut says pbf be decision. i'd surely rethink this when the fight gets signed

 

Shane's defesne was never great and seeing how Cotto landed at will with straight punches....i would like to think the most accurate fighter today who's best punches are str8's will cause significant problems for Mosley who was outboxed by a less superior boxer than Floyd not saying that outcome predicts this one but there are some nuggests you can take from that fight to see that Shane although will be very competitive like the Cotto fight just is not in his prime to deal with Mayweather but should be a hell of a fight.

Doubt it because Pac doesn't take such things personally, maybe the court case was personal enough but that's only because Mayweather's team took it WAY too far to finally get Pac pissed enough. Don't think his prediction is based on hate especially when he knows Mayweather remains a possible opponent with far too much money to make. Like Mosley has a great chance to beat Pac he has a chance to beat Mayweather too even though he IS past his best.

 

He has a good chance, I hope he wins. I really hope this fight happens. This and Pac are the best fights for Floyd at welter. Past his prime or not he's the best available at the weight other than Pac so Floyd should get credit.
