I'd forgotten about Hillyard - his debut was covered with a bit of a fanfare but his record since then has been very patchy. According to Boxrec he was down to fight on the Graham Earl card in MK in early March so that would be off I assume if in this. I went to the last one at Olympia and the venue was too big. Hope going back to York Hall will mean a better atmosphere.
I cannot wait for this one it's going to be a hell of a night..........of course backing Danny Butler to win this one..after dropping down a few lbs from middleweight...COME ON DANNY BOY!!
where do u find the line up?? its not on the prizefighter site and i cant find it on boxrec ????? atsch
It is isn't it. Especially EL-Machhi and Facey both saying that they wanted in and they put fairly uninspiring boxers in it. Definatly made for pryce to win now.
Prize fighter is in danger of out staying its welcome. They seem to use the same forumla, couple of unknown prospects, couple of past it veterans and couple of genuine prospects- they need El Maachi in this... Facey too.. then it would be at least more attractive to watch.
found the 'unofficial' prizefighter line up................ BRADLEY PRYCE, STEVE O MEARA, MARTIN CONCEPCION, DANNY BUTLER, BRETT FLOURNOY, NEIL SINCLAIR, GEORGE HILYARD AND PRINCE ARRON
Nah the formula is fine as long as the fighters fit the format. Crude bangers and quick KO's. The fights are pointless so just entertain us in the best way you can over the short distance. Chinny bangers are needed in this.
What a poo line up other than pryce and butler... No el macchi, facey, woolcombe, arnfield who was chomping at the bit to be involved.. The whole things a farce..
