The pad was illegal cause it was being reused... Anything more he would of been in the pen..

Obviously you have never gloved up a day in your life before that redish color is dye from the glove, in fights you use brand new gloves and when you have fresh gauze on the dye will stain those gauze it happens everyday in the gyms across the world kid.

The only thing illegal here is there is tape directly over the Knuckles, cant say there is plaster paris cus we dont have the wrap in our hands but from the picture all we can say is the illegal part of the wrap is the tape over the knuckle area.
