    How does he not apply to the list? EPO is very much a PED. One thing his fans don't have to worry about is his legacy isn't really affected by it. The majority of boxing fans seem to just shrug their shoulders otherwise they'd by lobbying for him to be banned from Boxing. It's ironic.

    from what i can remember Shane passed a poly graph , stating he didnt not know it was a ped . good enough for me . sides he will fight the best on their terms . a true champ in my book .
