What is James Thunder up to these days?

Not fighting and from what I've heard living in Vegas not doing so well. Others may care to elaborate.

 

One of the most exciting boxers of his era IMO, especially in Oz before he went to the States.

Have also heard some not so good news on how he's travelling now.

 

I've been tracking down a heap of his fights and he was rarely in a bad one. Adminstered and recieved some brutal KOs.

 

Not sure but didn't i see nearly the exct same thread a couple of months ago :huh

 

There was at least a similar thread a little while back - from memory Flamengo had some info on Jimmy not travelling terribly well.

 

Suffice to say, he'd be better off living in Oz or NZ.. Much better take away food here.

USED GOODS. Info is he's a bum eating from trash cans in Vegas, after a great career that ended up as a sparing partner, that ended up over worked, that ended up destroying him.

Only in America. Getting Jimmy back home should be a VERY focussed on subject.

Yep.. Friends etc. shine as brighly as the 'kid' who's the current star.. The STAR burns out, the mob run to the nearest light.

 

I thought being of Samon heritage he might have more chance of some1 helping him being that they are generally extremely tightnit people.

Being where im from and some of the relos i have im used to witnessing people fall lower and lower down in life,but couldnt imagine it being some1 who once was a extremely good athlete.

He was still fighting 10 years ago.

Now he is getting food out of bins??
