Wow. So I'm sure you really keep on every thread checking every post on people saying whether he's shot or not, right?

Well, that being the MAIN REASON I made this thread being that OTHERS are calling him shot. I don't think he's shot (Once again, being the reason I made the thread).

But I do agree, Khan should clean the division he is in. But recieving criticism for fighting a top ten P4P is pathetic IMO (But people have their views so okay)

So you're saying this will be another Khan/Barrera lookalike? LOL. I disagree with you there (Along with most of ESB)

lol sadly enough I kinda hjave been

Look we are obviusly khan fans anyway , I know JMM still has a name but Khan takes so much pish on here I was just trying to say there are better fights out there partly because when he beats marquez the victory would be downgraded.

For me , boxing is about fights like Bradley v Peterson the other week , two evenly matched guys on the way up battling it out , I loved that fight.

thats the kinda fights I want to see Khan in !!!

( and no fair enough it wouldnt be as bad as barrera but as the other fella said , its been getting clear fior awhile that marquez is relying on skills to keep him in it , he was faced with a skillfull and still athletically gifted mayweather and he barley got near him.)

Im just sayin Khan doesnt need anymore help !

Anyhoo its friday afternoon , no time for a war !:D

Somehow, I knew you would do ;)

I agree. His win(If he does win) with JMM would definetly be downgraded, but that's life I guess.

It's nice to see another non-bias fan (Myself also) and I also want to see Khan in with the likes of Bradley/Peterson etc but a little waiting doesn't do anyone bad, does it?

If Khan doesn't fight genuine 140 pounders in the next part of 2010/2011, then I will agree with you, it would then be pathetic from a belt holder.

And yep, Friday is my fun-day :happy

I guess that's the whole point of choosing him.

He probably wasn't into reading those threads I guess. Although, I do find it odd that there are 2 threads running thru here today on this subject. 1 says Khan will murder JMM because he is small and washed up, the other saying that Khan will get no credit for beating as formidable an opponent as JMM. ESB is prone to extremes.

Everybody hated Floyd-JMM. Most people saw it as a glorified tune up for Floyd.

Anyways I don't mind the fight. At some point JMM is going to have to be turned into food for a younger fighter (figuratively). He pretty much owes his name to a young prospect.

Just understand that Roach picked JMM for a reason and it wasn't because it's a good fight for the fans.

He's saying that Floyd got absolutely lambasted for fighting a blown up lightweight who was forced to jump 2+ weight divisions, fought him at a catchweight of 144, then proceeded to fail to make weight, and payed a fine. Floyd was thoroughly thrashed by his non fans for just making the fight.

No sweat. Like I said, you probably just didn't read those threads. I don't think anybody reads every thread, especially if you have no interest in certain fighters/ subjects. It happens.

Lets do the numbers Floyd weighed 146, Khan will weigh going by his last fight around 139 1/2 that's 6 1/2 pounds lighter than Floyd.
