Brinkley's corner could have been DQd for that.

I'm not scoring the fight tonight, but I'd have to say Brinkley's winning at this point.

    Round 6

Apparently they fought well after the bell (and ESPN cutting to commercial break ) and Peter Manfredo Sr. ran in the ring to shove Stevens.

YET IT'S STILL ON! No DQ. :good

Brinkley's able to slip punches well but he is getting caught at times. It's hard to tell whether Stevens is timing him or it's just the law of averages, or Brinkley having momentary lapses in concentration. Brinkley less active offensively this round, flicking a jab. As I type that he drills Stevens across the ring with a pair of right hands. Stevens backing up and uncomfortable, could be hurt. Shells up on the ropes, AND HE GOES DOWN!

Stevens remains on a knee until 8, and the bell bails him out.

    58-55 Brinkley

Seeing some of Brinkleys fights since the Contender, Im still in shock how much he's done since the Contender.
