Mayweather will embarrass Mosley

  1. Shane really is going to have a toothache after his fight with Floyd. Shane will fall just like the rest.

Fail or fall? He certainly might fail but why would you think he'd fall? Do we need to dig up the post where you said Cotto would have Manny running like a track star?

Floyd is quicker but Shane is tougher.

If a 35yo semi-retired DLH could bully a prime Mayweather around the ring to an SD..this version of Mosley can definately push Mayweather to the limit. Shane is just as fast, and stronger than DLH was...pushed DLH around like a rag doll in the rematch and had him hurting with his body shots. Mosley's punches will definately carry alot more sting, and he won't be gassing out in the late rounds. It will be no easy work for Mayweather, he will have his hands full for the 12 rounds..for sure he won't be stopping Mosley. I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather loses, he will be as reluctant to throw in this fight than in any other..He ain't fought a legit threat like this in a long while.

im not as confident as you are, i think mayweather can win it but i dont think it will be a cake walk.i expect a ruff and tuff fight, shane start out strong and will finnish strong.so mayweather should have his work cut out for him.he's going to have to work for this win but i think he can pull it off.ill be at the edge seat the whole night, thats for damn sure :good

its funny that you say "35 year old semi-retired DLH".

probably after the Mosley fight you'll just say "38 year old, inactive Shane Mosley"

I think mayweather will win b/c its no real secret that to beat Mosley you need to establish a good jab and time his aggression- something Cotto did surprisingly well.

Before the Mayweather fight DLH had just one fight in over 2 1/2 years. He was a part-time fighter.

Mosley may not have fought in a year, but he's been consistently fighting/training. Plus it will be off the back of two training camps taking the Berto fight into account. Maybe overtraining could be an excuse, but not him being inactive.

Mosley stands a good chance. The only thing that worries me is Floyd's jab.
