lol--making it in big letters mean something to u?

    1. Pavlik and Arum just called out paul on PPV and pauls camp has gone into hiding.
    Thats fact.

The offer is still on the table right now. Paul can make the biggest payday of his life and fight for the belts.

    Where is he?

Now who is scared of who?

You guy's keep talking about PW making his biggest "pay day" but forget to realize that if Paul was to fight Margarito again he would make way more!

Immediately after PW beat Margarito Team Williams offered Margarito a rematch and was willing to pay Margarito 4 million dollars! So if Maragrito was getting 4 million you can assure that Williams was getting the same or more!!!

When you guys talk about this "career high pay day" understand that PW has more options than just fighting KP!

TODAY if there was 4 million total on the table for pw/margo II i would be shocked let alone 4 million plus for paul's share. that was then cuz. your talking about an 8 million plus purse there. aint happening.

the point is you all make it seem like paul just has to show up against pavlik and collect millions and become recognized mw king and top p4p fighter. i have yet to hear one good reason why that hasnt happened if it is so easy. don't bring up what happened prior to the 5th, don't split hairs about what would and what wouldnt be his biggest payday, and for god sakes don't bring up how hopkins whipped him.

i'm talking today. right now. multiple threads, dozens of pages. all with ya'll saying how easy it will be for paul to beat kelly. no one disputes that if he were to do that he would make a **** ton of money, become the king of one of the most storied divisions in boxing, and cement his place as a top p4p fighter. and your only response is to point out what he would have made against margo BACK THEN as a reason why this fight hasnt happened despite the windfall paul would recieve from winning this very easy fight?

again, not one good reason given all that paul seeks to gain from this very easy fight.

    C'mon man...

You are smart enough to know better. Don't try to use what fans are saying as a justification for what PW should be doing. Obviously, despite what some people say here, the fight would not be easy for either guy.

As I have said before, Peterson said even before the Martinez fight that they were done dealing with Kelly Pavlik. Done. They were doing fine without him before, and will do fine without him now. His team is obviously one of the most unprofessional, being promoted by the worst promoter to deal with. Not to mention the amount of money they should be paying them for starting the previous training camps, only to watch Pav fight someone else two weeks later.

C'mon counsel. Get yer (meth)head out yer ass and think about how difficult it must be for Team Williams to deal with these guys. It's never as simple as they make it seem.

And you should also be smart enough to not get caught up in what BooRadley says. HE has no idea whatsoever what else is available for Paul, and he has no idea what other promoters are offering. And although this may possibly be the biggest fight Williams can get right now, it is also the biggest fight Kelly could possibly get right now. All this talk about KP having this huge fan base is rubbish. The game has passed him by to an extent. He is more recognizable than Williams to the average midwesterner trailer parker. But outside of that, he doesn't have much claim to 60% of the purse, plus a larger part of the gate.

Without Kelly, Paul drew 3,000 to Atlantic City. Without Paul, Kelly drew 3,000 in his own ****in hometown. Think about that for a minute.

I would prefer Martinez-Pavlik and the winner fights Paul Williams, or the winner Cintron-Williams if that fight happens

    WaRWilliams!

i've never waded into the argument about who draws more or who is more popular or what the cut of the purse should be for each guy. that part of it is kinda childish to be honest. i could care less who draws more or who gets what % of this and that. they are both gonna get paid if they get it on and paid very well.

you are right. this is the biggest fight for kelly. and this is NOT the biggest fight for paul but it is the biggest fight he can get. of course he would make more fighting pac, pbf or ssm but that aint gonna happen...at least not anytime soon.

i would actually feel offended if i were team williams by what happened prior to dec. 5th. they prepared for a title fight, spent all that time and money... but i also think its childish to forego all that would be on the table now b/c of that. i think it would be more than reasonable to have some sort of assurance (monetary) that should something again happen prior to the fight, paul would get paid either way. nothing wrong with that. both arum and goosen are a pain in the ass.

 yeah yeah...i wear jean shorts, a lone wolf howling at the moon t-shirt, cook meth in one trailer and smoke it in another and then wash it down w/ a 12 pack of mountain dew

    and

you sit outside the gub'ment housing complex and trade food stamps for crack...

were all good my man :good

    actually...

i do foresee the very real possibility of williams/cotto for later on in the year, possibly fall.

IF cotto can get passed foreman which he very well may and when williams beats cintron (should they fight) that would be a very big money fight for both guys. paul would smoke him but still. that would mean paul gets a jmw strap and can then rematch sergio in a unification fight which would be a big money fight as well...

    ****...

god damn pavlik fight aint never gettin made

NBA seems to think Martinez gets stripped when he announces the Pavlik fight and Paul picks up the belt as a paper champ against Cintron. I wouldn't count Cotto out so quickly against Williams either.

I don't know man. In case you haven't noticed, I have stayed pretty clear of Pavlik-Williams discussions and predictions, because I'm not completely sure the fight will ever come off.

Paul can make more figthing Cintron-Cotto-Martinez(Rematch for the belt) and staying closer to the 147 range than moving up to 160 and fighting Kelly and Martinez(no belt) and Lockett-Espino-Kolle types

:nono At what point did thos words ever come out of my mouth? (Or out of my keyboard)

I never said anything about him being stripped. Did I?

And as far as Cotto: His ***** ass has been running for three years. There is a reason his no-stamina-havin ass won't fight a guy who won't tire, and can take a punch and keep moving forward. Cotto doesn't have the one-punch KO power to win quickly, nor the slick style to frustrate PW, nor the hand speed to flat out beat him to the punch. And he is a terrible in-fighter. Paul would stomp his ass like a cucaracha.
