Because Manny let blood be drawn from him 2 weeks prior to fighting Hatton.

Good the rematch clause only secures a 2nd fight if Mosley should win, *Fingers crossed* this could turn out to be a great fight Shane is strong enough and quick enough and experienced enough to make Floyd who is talented enough fight.

This has all turned out good in the end for fight fans, rather see this fight happen now than later on down the road when Shane does get older, pacquiao I have no comment on that lil *******

This is a great shot across the bow to the great team "Arum-Roach-Pacquiao".A great fight followed by possibly another fight both huge draws.I wonder if these clowns are doubting their decision on random testing now.Worked out perfectly, now Pacquiao will have to submit to testing or not get a big fight ,wonderfull. This is what everybody should be happy about. **** Bob Arum!!!!

Because it doesn't make sense that a highly trained athlete who excels in a bloody sport that requires a high degree of mental fortitude and that requires its fighters to be blood tested once a year would have any sort of aversion to getting a relatively small amount of blood drawn. Manny stands to lose more blood, and has lost more blood, during a fight than he would during a blood test.

Fights of this magnitude almost always have a rematch clause.

Clause drop to the garbage most of the time because the fight was one-sided.
