Let me just clear something up!

Alot of you KP fans love to say that kP's a pressure fighter and i'll agree, BUT..............

PW and KP are 2 different type of pressure fighters!

PW will pressure you effectively from all angles(when he's infront off you and on either side)

KP will pressure you effectively when he's in front only!

The reason why i mention this is because KP's pressure won't be as effective as what PW did! If Martinez gives movement and angles he will be able to counter punch KP effectively and turn the fight his way!!

he matches up well w/ many of the smw's out there right now, let alone when he decides to actually put the weight on properly and move up. you are basing this on the hopkins fight.

Do you think Pavlik in prime shape at SMW could beat Andre Dirrell or Andre Ward?

the way dirrell fought against froch i honestly think that kelly could outpoint him seeing how i think kelly is a better boxer than froch. at least kelly keeps his hands up and has some snap on his jab. kelly may be limited but froch looked like a freaking caveman in there (aa is going to take his head off) i think dirrell has the tools to one day be very very good but the way he ran and held against froch cost him the decision. i thought he won but i know why lost on the cards.

ward would be a different story. kelly and mikkel are similar in the way they fight w/ mikkel looking much better in the past than he did against ward. mikkel looked so helpless fighting out of a clinch or dealing w/ a guy leading w/ his head. for god's sake he was literally dropping his hand after a clinch while ward was fighting out of it. i picked ward to beat kessler but i did not think i was going to be that easy. this would not happen if he fought kelly. kelly can fight fire w/ fire. so in that regard kelly would put up a better showing than kessler did. would he win...i honestly can't say for sure. ward won't ko him. hell kelly put miranda at his peak to sleep and ward couldnt. ward also didnt hurt mikkel his fists. but i can see ward being big enough to stifle pav's style and get a UD. we'll see how kelly adjusts to the weight but if i had to venture a guess right now it would be ward UD if he can stay away.

you left off bute. i think bute beats anyone at smw right now and that includes kelly, dirrell and ward

i think kelly beats bika, green, taylor, froch, dirrell, andrade, possibly kessler...and as far as aa is concerned, if he can avoid aa's bombs then he can beat him too but no one has seemed to be able to do that so far :think aa seems to have taken to the weight very well.

i just said he would lose a UD if i had to guess. but your crazy if you think kelly would drop his hands out of a clinch or just let ward jump in head first. ward is not a heavy puncher. kessler was cut up and beaten by headbutts. i never saw him go wobbly by a punch. i also saw ward hit miranda at will and not really put edison at risk of being stopped. i honestly think it would be a lot more competitve than kessler. i picked ward to beat kessler and i would pick him to UD kelly.

I like Martinez, but giving Cintron and Williams a bad time isn't even in the same universe with giving Pavlik a hard time. One thing Cintron and Williams have in common is neither one knows how to cut the ring off effectively. That allowed Sergio to move around almost at will. Such would not be the case with Pavlik.

It is not a coincidence that so many of Pavlik's opponents ended up on the ropes or in a corner, and in big trouble. Over the course of 37 fights only 2 opponents lasted more than 9 rounds with Pavlik. We're talking of course about the former unidisputed middleweight champ and living legend, Bernard Hopkins, and the man who beat BHop twice. Both those fights took place above 160. At 160 Sergio Martinez, in spite of his considerable skills, does not have the size, the strength, the power, or the stamina to last 12 long rounds with Kelly Pavlik.

The reason why I only mentioned those two is because they were the least favored to win the tourney at one point!

Personally I think they both beat KP easily! I think KP beats Kessler and Froch!

Miranda got completly shut out in the Ward fight!

The ole "No one has seen past the 9th round at 169 with Pavlik" stats/routine is getting tired!:-( Kelly should step the comp up and then talk ****!

Boo do you really believe all those bull**** stats are gonna gain KP more fans or make people believe he's any good!?

Paul has beaten every fighter he has faced!
Paul has beaten every fighter at 160
Paul has beaten every fighter at 154

I could be wrong, but I thought you 'kinda' seconded someone else's post on that. If not my bad, I'm not digging through posts to find it.
