What did you expect him to say ,it`s all part of the pre fight BS. This **** is getting tiring these ****** bag sucking ******* fans still going on about fear.Mayweather is not afraid of out pointing Mosley, nor is he afraid of out pointing Pacquiao. I think both fan goups know that. If anybody is afraid of anything it is Pacquiao. Why the hell , a 2 minute test, "random",thats the Big word, something that can`t be planned for...

Pacquiap has lost face here ,By running into a fight with Clottey when 14 days was OK it seemed.Wonder if they are questioning there choice now that Mayweather Mosley have rematch clause.Masterfull, **** Arum **** Team Pack...

i dont buy....if floyd was such a coward as some of you say he would have took other fights at welter or wherever else....any fighter outside of Pac would fight Floyd period because they would make a big pay day.

He chose Mosley because he will make money of course and because he is not scared of Mosley as some of you suggest. Look Floyd wanted a younger closer to prime mosley a while back so i dont know why he would be scared now...i just think he felt shunned by Mosley and although immature he blackballed him from making money with a big fight with him....he took it further than Shane did...immature yes but i think it was just about getting even with Shane nothing more or less.

Again he did not HAVE to fight Mosley a chicken or coward would opt else where as some of you already said and thought he would even when negotiations started.

This Luke guy is a clown. This is ESB the most neutral site in boxing history and then this kid wants to talk crap to everyone here. Talking tough gangsta wanna be. You take your crap to your household, this is our site not your site. I am tired of your crap. By the way you keep calling everyone names here as if they do not have a right to express our opinions. You really need to grow up, you are the kid here, or you think like one. I am sorry i have wasted my time on you anyways. Sometimes learn to shut up. I wonder where you from, maybe has something to do with your blind Pacmania.

its true Floyd was trapped into taking this fight, after the Pacquiao fight fell apart instead of looking for an opponent right away like team Pac did; Mayweather took his time to asess his options. Team Pacquiao got himself a decent ppv fight on the March 13 date both wanted to fight at; that put floyd into a bad situation he has to fight a fight thats guranteed to out do Pac/Clottey in ppv numbers or give team Pacquiao more leverage in the next bout of negotiations, and the only fight that can do that for him now is Shane Mosley.

even floyds dumb ass knows it would have been career suicide to fight a matthew hatton, he would be ripped endlessly. i feel he was kinda forced into it, if he fought anyone else it would be unacceptable, it would contradict everything floyd says he is (a champion,ATG). you cant fight matt hatton then go on the radio and compare yourself to SRR.

this is a good fight though and i know floyd feels more comfortable with shane then pac. 38 and with over a year of down time can only help floyd.

yes i believe he was pushed into it, but its not actually bad or a tarnish in his image coz he would be fighting shane in the end. he is now actually manning-up and taking tough challenges at the weight.

Floyd is going to work shane ... and this is going to be an easy boxing lesson for Floyd. Shane is a 1 dimensional power fighter and he can't box ... similar to Shane vs DLH II ...

I would be suprised if Floyd didn't stop Sugar Shane.

LoL... you would think Floyd would be forced into the other big fights when he's getting his chops busted by everyone and anyone (Including guys like Merchant and Kellerman).

Floyd wasn't forced to do anything. He's always had public pressure. He could've fight a good welterweight, but not the best welterweight. If you're really going to go on the angle that he was forced into it and act as if Floyd had no choice to duck or dodge... then I don't know what to say other than how lame you are. It's just a cop-out and another way to try busting on Floyd because half of these guys who just persistently hate the man never would've believed he was going to take the fight. So you now you have to adjust. It's sad.
