    and Tony Thompson (thats 7 of the top 10 heavyweights in the world) are so much quicker and explosive then Adamek was in that vid right?

    though to be fair, i think the kind of camera being used makes things appear a bit quicker then they are... that happens to me sometimes back in the day when i would be taping myself in a fight or training, and id see my punches and it made me look faster... i dont know if it has to do with the frames per second or whatever, but thats just my experience and opinion.

    However, hes obviously moving very quick and is letting go with some nice explosive, short shots... and its nice to see that in a heavyweight division where you have too many out of shape plodders or overly big slowish figures....

    I think the Estrada fight is actually going to be kinda tough, we will see.... but i am honestly hoping he can pull this out, and then on to Arreola, and what a fight that would be, that is making my mouth water as we speak (no homo lol... )
