Diaz vs Mallinaggi 1 and 2. Can't believe the decision in the first fight, I had it 118-114 for Mallinaggi, with quite a few even rounds.
Sanchez vs Trinidad snr. Firstly Felix snr was a clubfighter and had no business sharing the ring with some like Salvador and secondly to think that a young Felix Jr watched his papi get beat within an inch of his life by Salvador Sanchez and still decided to make the sweet science his profession, wow! That's like totaling your SUV and taking the insurance money to buy yourself a mini cooper lol! Oh well, thankfully Tito Jr learned the best defense is a gangsta OFFENSE, versus his old man's club fighter career. Damn i miss Tito, he was just so gangsta, brillient boxer/puncher, charismatic etc. I rate him higher then Miguel Angel, Just for the sheer fact that Tito had the foresight to know that he needed a guy like Don King to promote him as the best thing since sliced bread and make him a US star without speaking a lick of English, late 90's. And Tito would've never been stubborn enough to think a nutritionist could play Chief 2nd. Also Tito knew how to make mummy wraps under the gloves and get away with those casts for a decade lol!
Finally got round to the Erdei-Fragomeni fight and it was definitely better than I expected it to be, both fighters put on a great show. Erdei showed good speed for a big man and a very solid defence against his heavier opponent. I realise that Frag was probably the most perfect CW champ in history for Erdei but I was still impressed with the performance...he showed great heart to get through the final rounds. I hope Erdei can get a notable fight at 175 to legitimise his WBO title reign although I hold out little hope :-( Lookin forward to Frag-Wlod II as well, I always enjoy Fragomeni fights :good Other fights I watched recently was Douglas-Tyson (hadnt seen this in ages!), and Magee-Larsen, Pulev-Skelton, Murat-Corbin from last weekend

i watched diaz-malignaggi 1 again on sunday & scored 6-5-1 for diaz,it was that kinda fight, the only reason for all the controversy was van hoy's score, but diaz's victory was no robbery.
I scored it 115-113 for Diaz. There wouldn't have been much controversy (only the 118-110 card) if it hadn't of been for Paulie's interview after the fight and Kellerman spouting that it was a "home-town decision".
