If we start believing that a great sport like boxing is scripted then what would be the enjoyment of it all? I love boxing. They are not going to get paid millions for a scripted fight. I am not sure why you think it is scripted. The only thing I can think is because Mayweather never signs to fight anyone great, so you are thinking why would he now? Why Floyd signed to fight is because he probably sees something weak in Mosley and to be honest Mosley stuggled with Cotto and lost a decision (in a fight he would have won 5 years before) and lost to Wright and Forrest. So Mayweather sees that the Margarito fight was a good style fight for Mosley, but that if those guys could beat him then he can. I just think he sees Mosley was beaten before and he should be able to beat him. And to be honest Mosley's win over Margarito was great, but might be overrated. He is still 38 and lost to Cotto whom Margarito beat. But as far as the scripted there is no way this fight is scripted. If they fight it is legit and the better man will win. If you go beyond the hype of Mosley's great win over Margarito and look at his whole career, there is a good chance Mayweather can outbox him over 12 rounds. Mosley is a good puncher, but not the savage puncher he seemed to become after Margarito. The fact there is a good chance Mayweather can beat Mosley is enough for Floyd to fight him.
