I am a born and bred Londoner, but my lineage hails from almost the same part of the world as A Mere Konn. Fact, his fans are the most racist i have ever seen at a fight ( forget who he was fighting, another joey, harrison KTFO of williams on the same card in the Docklands about 2/3 years ago ) and they are the same colour as me.

I don't like Khan at all because of his attitude, the fact that he was/is protected and pandered to (Pay-Per-View worthy my arse)! Not to mention that he nearly killed someone by driving dangerously through a small town (which was pretty usual behaviour at that point for him). Also take into account his massively inflated sense of self belief and entitlement as well as some frankly ridiculous comments and his insistance that any form of anomosity toward him is race related when it largely is just because he has been and can still be an utter tool. (Breathes)!! So - i'm from England and dislike Khan which by proxy makes me racist according to a few idiots on here. Explain to me then how my favourite boxers are all either Black, Mexican or Puerto Rican? Very true. I did security for the Khan v Earl fight. Khans fans where very rowdy but racist. Obviously not all of them but a large portion. Just after the fight a section of asians (around 30) tried to attack/fight about 10 of Earls fans but ended up getting the **** kicked out of them.
Part of what he's saying is true. I don't believe all people necessarily mean it and perhaps its subconscious, but if Khan was a white fighter I agree that his popularity and public support would be far greater
