Boycotting Margarito's future fights?

How about we ban you for life for posting something done to death already? I think he cheated and he knew he was but hey u ever cheated on a girl and got forgiven the next day? We are all guilty of doing something, what Margo did was disgraceful but hey what ever happens now will tell us alot about him. If he looses to this bum hes about to fight then well all know he was cheating all along and get whats coming. however if he proves himself and becomes champ again then the more respect.

Exactly, Boxing is already a dangerous sport and Mosley is already a trained killer, why does he need to take PED's to endanger the lives of his opponents to an even greater degree?

If Mosley was hung out to dry, then I would say the same should happen to Margarito. Mosley said the gauze was soft if I remember the interview, and what they found was traces of substances you'd find in plaster. You've decided that he's guilty irrespective of how the commission handled the situation, and irrespective of what evidence was brought to the table. That's your choice, but I believe in second chances, and I wish the man luck in his return.

I found it hard to believe a fighter would not notice his wrapps being loaded. But once I understood that the substance in question was found inside the knuckle pad, I could see how Margo would of not known. It's not like he dipped his hands in a bucket of plaster. They have yet say what it was they found, just that it's a substance that contains similar stuff to what is found in plaster of paris. What is wrong is the pads used were not new pads and old ones are not allowed.

The way the CSAC handled the case was a damn travesty.

He's such an athlete as it is being hit with something like plaster is going to have more of an effect on you in the beginning and the end.

 

i understand that a lot of people who post on this site have never boxed before so thei not going to understand this reference but for those of you that have here me out, when work the heavy bag and uppercut bag and hitting the mits we used to use extra wraps to protect our hands, and i could feel the difference in hardness and thickness of my wraps when i clinched my fists, as opposed to the standard length wraps for sparring and fights, so i am completely dumbfounded by the fact that margorito as a man who has fought for my years and at a far higher level than me couldnt personally notice a difference in the feel of his wraps, thats why i personally assume he was aware of what was going on, npw im not saying he has been doing it his whole carreer, but just because he was caught against mosley doesnt mean that was the first time either, and i am a margorito fan

All forms of cheating is not the same. that is like saying someone who holds a lot should be banned for life. The guy could have killed someone or at worse shortened their careers. How would SSM get a second chance if he ended up in a wheel chair? who would feed his family? Come on this guy should banned for life which is the precedent for loading your gloves. I for one will never ever support his fights or even pay for any top rank cards as long he continues to be promoted by them.
