Hand speed and aggression coupled with years of experience and a great resume.

I've been saying it since Mosley's win over Margarito actually.......It was a style issue, Margarito was Roberto Duran's, Iran Barkley.....

Duran looked tremendous against the limited Barkley who came right to him......
....but in Duran's next fight against Ray Leonard (their third fight)....Duran was so physically and reflexively inept, he could'nt even get set, much less throw a combination.

When JMM-Mayweather was announced, I posted here that I wish Marquez would fight Mosley instead....Mosley while bigger, had so much more weaknesses in this game that a fighter like JMM could exploit....

I said the same thing when Mayweather-Pacquiao was being negotiated.....if I were in Pacquiao's camp, I'd make sure to fight Mosley first, in fact I said Mosley was the easiest Welter out there for Pac to fight.

.......but it seems even the Margarito fight mesmerized Freddie Roach.:?



Guys, the man in the video know what he speaks of. He did as good a job as anyone analyzing that matchup could do in breaking down the "why it will happen" aspect of it.


I've rooted for Mosley all my life, and I will root for him against Mayweather.
........but I'm also a realist, imo its going to be a boxistical mismatch that favors Mayweather.
