Maybe he meant, the fastest HW he's trained. Adamek's speed did not excel at the lower divisions, which is why people perceive him this way.
They also remember the Dawson debacle where Tomasz was consistently getting beaten by a much faster fighter. For a HW, he has to be a top 3 imo, behind Chambers and Estrada. Check out the Cunni fight again. Steve, pretty much the fastest top CW fighter, was not beating TA to the punch.

 

I like the Banks fight the most. Patience and discipline. It was Adamek's best performance at CW. Johnathon was a very, very big CW. Now they both fight at HW :good

After what I wrote about my painting of Adamek, Scoop then realized I could have covered the fight in Newark this Sat. & written a good artilcle on the fight. He said with a lilttle more time, he could have gotten me press credentials & sit in the media section, at ringside.:shock:

I was like going nuts when he wrote me that, but said its too late to do it. He said next time.

Scoop is in Miami covering the SB. So he will miss the fight, but watch it online. Heres his bio with Jeremy Shockey:

I didn't realize Adamek was taller than Estrada. I thought Estrada would have at least two inches on him.

Adamek is gonna have an easier time with the smaller, feather fisted Estrada than I originally thought.

 

He apparantly is. Looks bored in the gym.
