If Mosley beats Mayweather, then Pacquaio, what would his ATG rank be?

Top 25. If he went on to beat Williams at 154 he would make top 15.

Umm the question was about Mosley, Mosley is neither undefeated nor clean necessarily. Though Mosley is a great boxer probably be hard to rate him assuming he got those wins really comes down to how he wins them. I'd be hard pressed to list him higher then the names you mentioned. And as for Mayweather doing it, since thats the question you answered, possibility he tops some of those names again depending on how he gets the wins.

oh my bad..thought it is mayweather, if its mosley you are correct, but probably he'd be top 60 atg. The cheating tarnishes his profile

If he beats Floyd and Pac, surely he'll be higher than Floyd, but Pac's will be debatable as the midget people say is not a real welter.

A little yeah but I say if he gets a decisive win over both he could go higher then that. I think maybe top 50, assuming we have no reason to believe he is still using, if we do find out he's cheating well then all that goes out the window and even top 60 would be pushing it.

Top 35. His longevity would be spellbinding, and his resume would read as follows:

    Oscar De La Hoya x2
    Floyd Mayweather Jr
    Manny Pacquiao
    Antonio Margarito
    Luis Collazo
    Fernando Vargas x2
    Ricardo Mayorga

That coupled with his success in multiple weight divisions would make a top 35 position justified. It's not even a big if to be honest with you, he has a good chance at beating Floyd, and I favor him heavily against Manny Pacquiao.
