Heres something i thought of but could most certainly be correct... Mayweather and Pacquaio had deep discussions into finalising a fight for March but for reasons made known to the public the fight did not get made and they both walked away from potentially there biggest pay days to date and denying the world the chance to finally find out who the real P4P king is but heres the catch..... After both negotiations stopped between Golden boy and Top Rank, Bob Arum instantly made a fight for Manny to face off against Clottey and Mayweather was being touted for a fight against Sugar Shane Mosley (which today has been made). Now the facts are that Manny will face off against an Top Rank in-house fighter which is Clottey and Mayweather will face off against Golden Boy in-house fighter Shane Mosley, could it be that these fights have been made to make both fighters look good against there competition winning comprehensively and there for hyping the fight up even more.Could Clottey and Mosley be paid a vast amount to let these 2 have an easy night against either of them??? We all know that a fight of this stature needs no hyping but having these two fight tune up fights and then having them square off will make the fight look even bigger and entail in more money being made for Golden Boy and Top Rank. Now my prediction will be that neither Manny or Floyd will lose and will look good in defeating there respective opponents and then facing each other in the fall of this year. Personally i think theres alot more than whats meet the eye with these money grabbing b*stards Its my first time posting on here so go easy guys, just stating my opinion...

I don't agree w/ this conspiracy theory. Anything is possible in boxing. A little mistake by a prize fighter can get them beat. What happens if either FMJ or MP loses their respective bouts. I know it's highly unlikely that will happen but the possibility is still there. If it does, what happens now to their super mega fight down the road.

what i ment was it could be quite possible for Clottey and Mosley to give Manny and Floyd an easy ride in there fights, quite a distinct possibility but i cant see either fighter losing
