I'll give him credit for the win, no matter what. But, in order for me to be impressed, he has to really put on a good performance.

If he beats Mosley by a large amount of rounds, that would be impressive. If he wins a close decision, not so much.

Jose Luis Castillo. He really pushed him, but floyds so scared he doesnt even mention him anymore. Now we gotta put up with bogus fights like mayweather mosley.

Castillo was suffering from migraines that night - its well noted. Hes needs another fair shot. but dont expect mayweather to be mentioning his name anytime soon.

do you honestly think he could hang with Floyd even after Ricky ' i fight with my face' Hatton beat him?

other than Manny there was no other logical choice for Mayweather...

You're kidding right??? JLC has been washed up for nearly a half decade, he has very little to nothing left in the tank...

Back to the topic though, this fight, regardless of how Floyd wins (and that's IF,) will retract the universal idea that he doesn't fight men in his own weight class...Pacman has been on a tear, but Mosley is the true WW champ and a win vs Mosley wil be extremely impressive in any manner.....

Mate you honestly need to look at your boxing. Thats a rediculous assertion. Manny Pac struggled with Marquez and look what happened there. Castillo pushed him and lost to Hatton as Hatton believe it or not does not infact fight with his face. But is a well measured pressure fighter combined with a good chin makes him a relentless force in the ring. No, no its Castillo or no one im afraid.

Open you eyes! Mosley is washed up, he has nothing left! He's 38 and hasn't fought for a year. He's rugged and sluggish compared to Floyd. Shane who once had that crowd - capturing brilliance is now a faded champion who cannot compete with the calibre of Mayweather. May the 1st is gonna be a sad sight to see. A great old champion being dismantled and beaten up before our very eyes. And it is only after the result that the world will see Floyd has conned us again.

On the other hand, Jose Luis castillo is the real test. He has an unshakable toughness. An experienced ring craft and boxing know how that all other pros envy. He is the only remaining boxer on Earth who could stop Floyd. If you still fail to see the obvious, consider this: do you not think it's funny how Mayweather has purposely avoided talking about Jose? Not such a coincedence ay?

Of course I'll be impressed, this is Mosley we're talking about even if he's 38. I'm still surprised Mosley lost to Cotto even though it was obvious what mistakes Mosley did and how Cotto forced him to make those mistakes.
