This could be Estrada's last shot, and he comes in looking like ****. I hope Adamek drops his ass.

 

They both look soft, like, they could both easily lose quite a few pounds and be the better for it.

Thought Adamek will probably settle as his muscle matures and he sheds some more fat/waterweight.

 

I think Adamek looks kind of soft. He should of stayed at 215 IMO

He was never a naturally ripped guy. I agree he isnt "cut" but he is visibly in shape, and his core is very toned looking as well.

He will likely settle around 218-220 as his weight.

 

Estrada is a disgrace. What a slob.

 

Adamek said that after Estrada he wants to make 2 fights more, and then he is ready for one of the champ (Klitschkos, Haye). Is sounds clever, because now it maybe too early to fight such tough opponents like Klitsckos. I remeber at CW he looked strong in the Banks fight, in the earlier fights he was testing the water. It will be the same at HW.

I agree. He looks a bit fatter than me, and my Dr tells me to lose weight, while he's supposed to be busting his butt for a heavyweight title fight.
