I'm not mixing it up at all. Marquez was better at LW than Juan Diaz. Not only could he beat him, but he was also better.

Every time I watch that fight, and I watch it a lot because it's spectacular, I just pray that Arguello somehow pulls it out. It's like watching The Godfather and trying to beg Sonny not to go out in the car by himself because you know what's coming. If any fighter warranted an army of nuthuggers, it's Arguello, it's almost impossible to criticize the man. What a fighter he was.

I think Arguello beats the **** out of Hatton at 140lbs. :good

Best to worst?!?!?!? How the **** do you gauge best then if not on personal preference?!?!?!

Why the **** are you trying to debate with me you dumb ass?!?!? You have no chance so **** off. People on this forum have discussions about boxing backed up with knowledge, something you don't have, so stop trolling please.

Why would you even have to state that? To me no less, I know who you'd go for in that matchup:good My Nan could tell ya that, not only does she not have an interest in boxing, or even has she heard of either fighter, but she's dead:lol:

dude you are getting too riled up over this. I gauge best based on perceived boxing ability. That's it. Bottom line.

I think at 140 Pacquiao is a better fighter than those other 4. There's not much to go on since Pac only had 1 fight at the weight. What I'm trying to explain to you is that there's not much to point to the fact that he's worse than any of those guys either. Anywhere you rank him, its based on speculation.

 Okay here's a more daring statement, I think Arguello beats Tsyzu at 140lbs. :good He was unfortunate to have been up against Pryor, because in this era today, Arguello would be contending at 147lbs for at least one fight.

...It's based on you having a raging hard-on for Manny Pacquiao.

You rank him as the best Featherweight of the decade also, and that pisses me off too.

Pacquiao had one fight at 140lbs. He's at the bottom of this list.

Arguello is possibly the most aesthetically pleasing fighter for me to watch. Only behind Joe Louis, and that depends what day it is.

    And Chang of course.

there's a big difference between who someone's favorite fighters are and what he considers to be good and bad ability. Sometimes those 2 don't match. That's why I was saying, it has nothing to do with who my favorite fighters are.

Alot of fans will say things like "that fighter is amazing but I don't like him". Despite that fighter not being one of their personal favorites, they perceive that he has alot of ability

All the other names on this list have gotten significantly more work done at 140lbs than Manny Pacquiao. I don't know what you're criteria consists of when ranking fighters in their respective weight divisions, but dominance, resume, and accomplishments are big factors. Manny has one win, albeit a very impressive one. ...He's 5th on this list.
