i saw on some US forum ,users criticized Mariusz Pudzianowski (who looks great and is 5time world champ Strongmen and now MMA fighter) should imrpove his body

To look like Valentino?? or Coleman who is a monster??? Pudzian is stronger then coleman he would kick his ass but he is not a bodybuilder

So Adamek looks good and it will be enough to KTFO Estrada

most of us aren't interested in estrada. he hasn't shown good conditioning in many of his fights. despite having lots of talent. i'm glad he's shown up in good shape, and i hope he makes it a good fight.

ppl repsect adamek for the desire, conditioning, skill, power, and recovery powers that he's shown in world title fights.

i'm not bothered about watching estrada fights. but i see him as an interesting test for adamek.

re estrada's lowest weight ever. 237. that's still quite heavy. ppl made a fuss when riddick bowe, a massive man, came in near the same weight for his massive first fight with evander holyfield. estrada is a lot shorter, a lot smaller, than riddick bowe. yet estrada's career lowest is bigger than bowe's career lowest! (i believe).

don't get me wrong. many ppl respect estrada for his talent. but he doesn't seem to have made the most of what he has.

Um, he threw punches in rounds 1 and 2; i guess you're using hyperbole to selectively ignore the fact you can see in a slowmo replay the exact shot that damaged Haye's hand.

 

I can't stand Estrada. He is the poster boy for what's wrong with USA heavyweight boxing. Estrada showed up in the Olympics wearing the USA uniform fat and unmotivated. He said he did not care that he lost on interview.

It would be best for boxing if Adamek won.

Adamek looks good - very thick set and muscular. He can probably afford the extra mass against Estrada.
