I understand why Haye's talking puts some people off but him and Adamek look to be the two bright spots in a generally terrible division. I like both guys and would love it if a fight between the two happened in the future, preferably to unify the titles ... I can dream, can't I?
There is no animosity between Adamek and Haye and its not Adamek fans who hate Haye, its basically all non UK people that hate Haye. The question is why. To me it is because he is claimed to be the best yet he is unproven. His fame is based on 3 wins Mormeck, Macarinelli and Valuev. He was called the man at cruiser because he beat Mormeck for 2 belts and Macarinelli for the 3rd belt. I never considered Mormeck to be anything special although he worked very hard to get where he was, but he was at the end of his career when he faced Haye, yet I still consider it Haye's best win. Maccarinelli to me is not even a B level boxer and a win over him is nothing special. Adamek on the other hand beat Bell and Cunningham at CW who I consider better opponents that JMM and Maca. Then he immediatelly gets a title shot at HW based on those 2 wins at CW and against Klitschkos. He pulls out of the fights, which pisses fans off. Then he gets another chance at the title this time WBA and he stinks out the joint, not to mention the decision was duboius against a very limited opponent. Adamek on the other hand takes the proper route by facing top 10 HWs and EARNING his shot at the HW title fight. These are the reasons I dislike Haye.
He also went life and death with Cunningham, being outboxed by him and relying on his KD's to win! Cunningham would have won that if he didnt box stupid at times, noone here shouts about Cunningham being a world beater yet to Adamek fans thats an amazing win. You prove your bias as a Pole by discrediting Hayes win over Mormeck then crediting Adamek with a win over Bell, show some neutrality! Adamek is possibly the most overrated fighter on ESB, he is good, but nowhere near as good as we are led to believe!
I have seen people post hateful **** about Dawson; Dawson has a win over Adamek. After looking at Adamek's success at Cruiserweight, I think that Dawson's skills should be commended.
I like Haye he is a very good boxer. May cause many problems to Adamek, but finally the chins would decide.
Other fighters have talked much more **** than Haye and come in for less flack. Some of the apparent hate is just plain daft.
