Sven Ottke HOF worthy?

well, i'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you really mean this in which case i applaud your conviction.

i respectfully disagree: 1)i feel he fought **** competition. not poor comp, but **** 2) the only times he fought about c- level fighters, he lost

not the best credentials to enter the HOF. things like bought judges and refs should factor into the equation, not a shiny record built of lies, deceipt and a stream of jobbed opponents

I've never seen an Ottke fight and don't think my co-worker has either. We've seen clips of him on Youtube.

He's not the sort of fighter you would actively look to watch, unless you are looking to die of boredom.

 

When you watch boxing for pure enertainment that's probably true. I don't see boxing as entertainment though.

Apart from that, why comment and hate on a fighter you never saw and only heard stories about?

 

He was nothing but a paper champion who hid in his backyard. Should have at least a couple L's on his record too.....
