Have always believed Anne could have been rated at SMW considering how many slappers and near bums have made careers in the past decade or so fighting almost always at home with back pocket refs and predisposed judges. SMW has been the crappiest division since the late 90s. Surely Ann could have been in the mix if allowed the same favorable conditions like her own refs and hand picked opponents. At a minimum, she could have lost some muscle and given Sturm a real war at middlweight.
