Canada, I assume? Or Alaska? :scaredas: Didn't run but decided to walk my neighbours dog instead. Today was the rest day for this week.
Sat Dec 19 5 minute dynamic stretch 3x3 shadowboxing 4 mile run through the snow 3x3 shadowboxing 5 minute static stretch
Haven't updated the past while, but my training has been going steady. Lots of running, as the gym was often closed (snow, Christmas, New Years, etc), but I've been getting some good sparring in as well. Unfortunately... my fight for the 10th has been cancelled though, my opponent apparently was not in fighting shape because of the partying season and pulled out.
Next fight is January 30, at the Regionals. There's just me and one other guy at 64 kg for some obscure reason so whoever wins is the "champion".
How do you get in the regionals mate? If you have 2 guys at yoru gym same weight can both enter or just one? How does it all work?
Everyone with a license can enter, that's why I don't understand how only two guys entered at light welter. You simply enter the competition, and a draw decides who fights who.
WAR RDJ! Put the pain on his sorry ass. :bbb :ko:boxer:beat **** on RDJ's opponent R. Kelly style :****:tomb Good luck bro.
I weighed myself in the morning at exactly 64 kg. Since I did not trust my scale I decided to take off a little water weight anyway. They weighed me at the event later that day, at 62.4 kg (137.5 pounds) :nut
