…after Saturday’s fight Henry Ramirez commented that Adamek does not belong in the heavyweight division. The trainer also announced that Chris will be losing some serious weight and come down to less than 235 pounds by April.

Meanwhile, Ralph Mendez (Adamek’s physical trainer) said that the “Goral” will gain flesh and weigh between 225-230 pounds.

They will make huge mistake if they put any more weight on adamek , imo he should even lose a few pounds , mendoza has to be blind if he doesnt see this.

Arreola at 235 will be almost the same weight as Adamek, who plans on coming in close to 230.

Yeah I'd rather see Adamek back down to 215lbs, where he'll have more stamina and speed.

with $1 mln penalty for every lb off that weight :huh

Arreola only has to come in at about 250 to bully Adamek all night long. If Adamek comes in heavier than he was for the Estrada fight it will only slow him down. The fighter's styles dictate this one for me, but if Adamek can overcome a game Arreola then I'd be tempted to rank him third in the division
