Direll is a good boxer he has skills but he cracks under pressure , he gets scared of big punchers . He got scared by an raging bull attacking style jumping on him like Froch did he might get scared by perfect defense with missile armed and aimed at him ready to fire . There are big chances that AA will get him in the corner a few times or him might even catch him in the ropes a couple of times. Dirrel will use some clinches and for the beauty of the fight i hope they'll be less desperate that those that he used against Froch. Arthur will land and Dirrel will lose his game plane ; calm ; composure so even if he survives the whole 12 rounds to win he'll need to evolve from a mentally weak guy to a boxer that can jump into the punching range of a mighty puncher use his speed and get out (12 rds of that ) or get some help from the judges as a bonus for the Froch fight which honestly i think he lost it due to cowardness . I can't see him making 180 degree turn so fast , he doesn't have the necessary experience in big fights ... he will probably be a better fighter after the Froch fight but not good enough ...so i'll go with a ko for Abraham or even a UD
You might consider the old Harry Greb method. It didn't hurt him any. He suggested abstinence at least after lacing up the second glove.
No, I just read on cyberboxingzone.com that he engaged in sex before fights. If that's true....Well I'm just going to stay abstinent. Can't catch sexual diseases by doing so!
when you do a 360 degree turn, don´t you end up where you started?:think:blood Sorry I´m an uncureable know-it-all
I'd agree about needing tenacity to win and Dirrell not having it in the required amounts to win. To beat AA you'd have to be the same as him, but better in all the things that make him dangerous. AA isn't going to get beat by speed or natural althetisism. He's going to get beat by someone with great defence, a great trasisition from defence to offence and back again, good chin and good power, and most of all the tenacity that Booradley has mentioned.
Nothing against Dirrell, but, as stated elsewhere, I just don't know what people are seeing in him. Sure he is fast and tall, but he doesn't know how to establish himself and panics quite a bit. He had tremendous trouble with Froch who, while taller than Abraham, isn't as fast, skilled, or hard hitting. Arthur should be able to block most of Andre's punches and eventually close the distance and wear him out by banging his body. AA by stoppage.
best analysis i've ever read, dirrell who's arms are about 75 inches will be in range for arthur's 72 inches, makes sense as if arthur wasn't at a disadvantage enough with being 5'10 and dirrell being 6'2 then bein nothin but a fighter that potshots and runs, yea, abraham really has a chance, esspecially when the matrix who can avoid a punch like nothin
You don't watch much boxing don't you, fanboy? Dirrell mus get into Abraham's range due to Abraham's defence. He has o work around it or go to the body this will negate his reach advantage puttint Abraham into the position to hit him. Easy as pie. Abraham is good at feinting and setting his punches up. He often hi's his opponents with shots from angles they don't expect them to come from.
he can hit gloves all he wants, if arthur aint landin nothin, he aint winnin nothin, unless abraham turns into mike tyson and outta nowhere grows fleet feet, it's not happenin i have a better streak of fight predictions than you, when arthur gets a schoolin i'll keep in mind to bump this little thread, just for you
