Is Valero ready for PAC?!

Valero's win against DeMarco was good. I was impressed but he Pacquiao will destroy Valero and may end his career. If you didn't notice Valero's jaw is always exposed not to mention that he opened his mouth to get some air just after the first round. He was clearly exhausted.

If Pacquiao landed a hook that on Valero's exposed jaw, Valero will get KTFO and it will be like Pacquiao-Hatton again. TSK Valero has still some potential to get better he's not ready for Pacquiao yet.

 

Freitas feasted on local clubfighters just like Valero did, to a perfect 29-0-29 KO record. That's why it is relevant, or did you not know that? Second, Valero did not STOP DeMarco....he quit on his stool. BIG difference there, buddy. Like I said before, Valero's power is exaggerated from a less than stellar resume. He didn't even come CLOSE to putting a dent on DeMarco, an average 135lb fighter, with not just one, but two sometimes three power punches to the jaw in a row.

Yeah, according to you Valero:
1. Would destroy a 145lb Cotto worse than Pac, even though he couldn't crack a 135lb average DeMarco with any of his power punches
2. Would rise to welterweight as successfully as Pac did, even though Valero never faced an elite fighter in his own weight class. You know Pac went through De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto and is now facing Clottey...not to mention the all-time greats Barrera, Morales, and Juan Manuel Marquez early on. Who the **** has Valero faced? Oh, and what makes you think he can physically grow into welterweight and still be effective? Juan Manuel Marquez tried it...look what happened. Are you using one of Valero's nuts as a crystal ball or something?


Your opinions on fighters are flawed and humorous to read Nallege, just like your ignorance on race and ethnicity . By the way, quick question...how many elite black fighters has Valero faced?

 

Mid round stoppage by Pac. Valero shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Pac at this moment. He has a lot of potential but he is nowhere near the full package. Whether he will ever be, remains to be seem.

Valero's footwork is average at best. His defense is far too sloppy and his offense is little one dimensional. He has Little lateral movement and therefore predictable which means a slick defensive master like Marquez will counter punch him until the cows come home. He has to get his footwork going and bounce around on them toes if he plans on beating the best around.

He will always have a very slight chance of winning due to his power and work rate. If he managed to trap Marquez in against the ropes and pummel him he could get a stoppage. But this is incredibly unlikely.

I'm not pissing on his parade. He has shown himself to be a true warrior and I am a fan. But he needs a lot of polishing around the edges to be compared to Pac. Freddy Roach would do wonders for Valero imo.

 

First off alt, when you have to say according to you, you are totally EXPOSING yourself. Second alt, you saying Demarco is average is comical. Valero stopped DeMarco who might have a good chin, and has showed a good chin thus far in his career. Third alt, nobody mentioned a rise to ww as successfully as Pac alt.

Fourth alt, do I even have to come with a comeback when mentioning a sickly looking Dlh at 147, a bum in Hatton, or a one armed bandit in Cotto as proof of anything...!!!??? Pac made his names off of the old men you mentioned with the exception of JMM who many think he beat the first time, and lost to the second. Fifth alt, Valero wanted to fight your boy at 130, but your mans and his promoter wanted to feast on the old guys to put money into his Grand Dad's pockets lol...

Sixth, you keep mentioning this rise to ww by Valero, and used JMM rise to ww as an example...a 37 year old JMM at that lol... JMM was not successful at 147, becuse he fought the true and legit 147 lb champ, and best fighter in the world in Floyd Mayweather... Nall...what do you think PAC would have done to Demarco? I can gurantee Manny would have completely dominated Demarco in route to a earlier stoppage than Ed was able to pull out. And that ain't a knock on Edwin...he's solid...he's got promise and he's got exceptional power.....probably the best P4P. But he is NOT on Manny's level...YET.

 

Valero on HGH and EPO would be a scary thing.

Two opinions that don't read the same about Valero, one a fact, the other an opinion, about Valero being successful at ww as PAc needs no response as your inference was more of a tardence.

And lastly, Valero has plenty of time(won't be 8 years like your hero Pac) to fight or defeat an elite black fighter as he defeated a black fighter for his title, and Valero might be fighting the best 140 lb fighter in the world at his weight-and it won't take him 8 years or more to fight another one... so when you need to ask if Valero has ever fought an elite black fighter, the answer is no. This comment just lets me know that you're an alt lol...so just admit it lol...alt!
