Floyd Says People Won't Give Him Credit For Beating Mosley Because He's Old

I just hope the people who said that he would never fight someone like Mosley will give Floyd his props... but they probably won't.

 

Floyd also says he's been dominating the sport for fifteen years.

 

kinda stupid considering both guys are BLACK. Anyways, Mayweather is right. I can name off excuses for past opponents and future opponents.

Lets take the popular one, Why didn't he fight Margarito instead of Baldomir? If he would have fought Margarito, Margarito would have been "tailor made" for him and not that good, and people would say he was ducking Baldomir because Baldomir beat Judah. Had he fought Baldomir and Margarito instead of Judah, they would have said the Baldomir win was a fluke and Mayweather was ducking Judah. No matter the course of action, excuses will be made and alternative opponents drawn up.

 

actually, its people more like you who are the reason for the so called stagnation of black people in america. you are quick with the excuses and slow with the responsibility.
you are correct that the odds dont favor success for these immigrants as much as they do for native born blacks. that is what is so telling about the mindset of the two groups.
what i mean by being different, as an example, is that you want to be the loud, brash, disrespectful athlete but cry because you dont get the same respect and love that the humble respectful athlete does. so what do you do? blame it on racism of course.

i dont consider myself racist because i hold the same contempt for the trailer park redneck or the gangbanging cholo as i do for the excuse making black. they hinder the advancement of their own in their culture and american culture as a whole.

excuses can be made for almost any fight. it's no reason fight's shouldn't be made though. so I honestly don't care about any excuses that will come after the fight, I'm just happy we're getting a fight that should have been made a long time ago.

Mayweather has to get props for beating Mosley. Even though Mosley is not at his prime he is still the third toughest fight available for PBF (after Williams and Pac). Any fighter who takes on the third most difficult fighter available should be commended. Even if that person is a prick.

Mosley is a top guy at WW, old or not.
