    People overrate Duran. Montreal was great for Duran the same as New York was to Duran with Barkley also. Those two guys gave Duran the fight he wanted and he looked great. If a guy moved and used speed Duran would look terrible and then say he didn't train.

    Duran could not beat the elite guys in the 1980s. He lost to all the legends at 147, 154 and 160

    Go back and watch those fights, then go back to the General Forum. Duran was winning on points by a country mile before he was Koed by Hearns and before he quit against Leonard. The 3rd Leonard fight doesn't count because it never actually happened and the Decision loss to Hagler could've really gone either way and Duran was past prime and didnt even train for the Hagler fight.

    Duran TKO 10 over Tyson he puts the meanest bully puts the mean bully in his place, pretty even for the first 4 rounds then Duran takes him to school and puts a beat down on Iron Mike.

    Wow this is a very close one im Huge fans of both (but more Duran) A harder hitting lightweight version takes Ali. The welter version??????????? Could go either way but just imagine how fast a 67 version of Ali would be at Welter. Kind of a tossup in my opinion but if you put a gun to my head i might lean towards ALi split decision.

    Lewis would win a couple rounds by keeping Duran outside (guessing Lewis would be a 6-0 Welter) but thats it Duran would beat him up and eventually knock him out. Lewis wouldnt beable to handle the heat once Duran got inside Duran ko7

    are you saying Tua could beat the Montreal version of Duran? Why dont you grow some balls, put your ESB credibility on the line and let us know exactly what you're getting at? Mccall and Qawi are not even on Duran's level. Terrible post. Laughable.:patsch

    i cant believe what im reading, people get the **** over yourselves, REALLY?? duran was a ****in blown up flyweight. i know pepole like mcgrain and fleaman are joking. but pachilles and anarci??? are you in a freshly painted room or something? those fumes are toxic ya know.
