I really need to get a new version of PS too, I lost mine when I wiped my PC so I'm using a version from about 6 years ago

  2. Cheers for the kind words mate. Just a scribble though .

    Truly outstanding.

How about one out of these?

    Pascual Perez-http://static.boxrec.com/wiki/b/b2/Pascua_perez.jpg

    Benny Lynch-http://www.cyberboxingzone.com/images/lynch-benny-11.jpg

Just a thought:good Would have Chang against either but bar the pic in my avatar, which wouldn't suffice/fit in with a poster IMO, I can't find any decent pics of him.

  4. Great photos, photos i'd actually want to use. I'll have a go later on when time allows. Wanted to have a decent go at a vintage boxing poster. Did you see that Pac-Cotto poster floating around earlier? I thought that was pretty good.

Thanks for kind words aswell. Put a bit of work into that one :).

Honestly pal, you'll more than make up for Longcount being less active due to other commitments:good

Yeah, a vintage poster between these great flyweights would be amazing.

Be interested to see what other composites you could use to actually make it look like two fighters are fighting? PM me if you wanna throw about some ideas, or just reply on here:good

One small correction to make to the above poster (as I say, a quality piece of work) The fight would surely make more sense at light welter :good

Do you think you could make a poster that could go on a wall or soemthing, as I would be interested in getting one or two like that if you were able to do it.

  7. True Fleaman, probably around 1998 would have been a good time. I'll have to change that.

Gpater, it's not hard to get them printed and I have experience in doing that, the hard part is finding photos that work together. That one above is a mixture of a few photos so it's possible to mix and match other boxers parts to create your own but that can be very tedious.

Not- Oscars rear leg is actually Mike Tysons and his trunks are Chavezs with the names removed. Ofcourse they can be improved but it would take forever. Half of tszyus tail is painted and the ring is from the nike manny pacquaio wallpaper. See what I mean?

    Yeah, tell me about it!

Just finding large enough images is hard ha....nevermind ones that fit together well.

Good job though, I'm gonna do a few more when I find the right pics so we should have a good few new ones :good

  9. Meast- I have fairly decent gallery of images saved(and can share if you want). It's good make a habit of saving all the good boxing photos you come across and refer to them later on. There are also threads on esb(and other boards presumably) where people have posted large amounts of boxing photos they like and so they're good to take a look at aswell.

I like to collect not just for graphic purposes, what I want to do is buy one of those digital photo frames and have them all on shuffle.

Cool, well I'm thinking about doing a Floyd vs SRL next but I'm sruggling for some decent images of Leonard.

I'll check some picture threads, cheers.

What I'm really looking for is a picture of Willie Pep with

    'Will 'o The Wisp'

Along the bottom in cool white writing.

Either the right hand lead shot vs Saddler or the one where the two of them are in a clinch

    Does taht sound doable?

Great poster Joker. I don't like the grain around Oscar's arm. Not sure if you could've avoided that but it's another very solid poster.

  15. gpatar, that is definitely doable.

Pete thanks man, grains there along with a million other things i couldn't be bothered retouching. thx for the crit though.
