This is the fight I wanted him to take. I think he would UD Malignaggi and look very impressive doing so.

Not really mate. I understand why they're making the fight but it's not exciting me one bit. This is the one that's getting them the most money/exposure now the Marquez fights gone tits up. However, Khan's people are not helping him by putting him in against another featherfist.

 

The fight is going to be harder for Khan than alot of people expect and i see this as a legitimate 50/50 fight.

I cant for the life of me see why people are expecting Khan to blow Malignaggi out of there especially when Cotto and Hatton have had to grind him down:huh

IF Khan wins quickly then he is one of the top guys at 140, but so far he has only beaten Kotelnik, so once again i cant see how this is an easy fight for Amir.

 

This will be an easy fight for Kahn IMO. Stood next to both these lads at the Hatton-Lazcano fight, and Kahn looks at least 2 weights bigger. Malignaggi is ****in tiny.
If Malignaggi is taken out of his rythm early, his gameplan goes out the window and he's in survival mode. Paulie deffinately not faced anyone with anywhere near the speed and accuracy of Kahn, and like I said he'll be just too big for him.

 

Let me say a man named Miguel Cotto...just off the top of my head.

Also on the flip side of the coin Khans best win to date is over Kotelnik. And he hasnt face half the quality of competition that Malignaggi has faced.

 

Exactly! Paulie is a world level fighter in the top 10 at lww. The best boxer khan hs ever been in with is kotelnik who is and was in their fight awful. Paulie's a big step up for khan, people right him off coz he lacks ko power but other than that i reckon he at least equals khan in every other department and exceeds khan massively in the chin department.

A seriously weight drained Cotto. Who,speed wise, looks like he's punching through wet concrete in comparison to Kahn.
Yes Malignggi has faced better quality than Kahn, but hes also lost to most. Kahn is too big and too fast for Malignaggi.

Never said Cotto has the handspeed of Khan i think we all know he doesnt or never had. But what Cotto does have is accuracy at a proven world level. Something Khan doesnt.

Khan has only been in with 1 world level fighter, yes he did brilliantly but Malignaggi is another step up.

Styles make fights and Khan isnt going to have his own way throguh this fight and it should be a good one.
