This is not a gimme by any stretch and everyone seems its feel its a forgone conclusion Pac will batter his ass.

Clottey is every bit the good fighter Cotto is..... the difference? Clottey is a hell of a lot sturdier and assimilates punishment much better than Cotto.

With a broken wrist he went 12 with Margo and walked away. This is his third oppurtunity, I wouldnt be shocked by an upset as I believe its a good possibilty. The peekaboo, Jab and Pac being a lefty will aid Clottey.

I give Clottey a good chance to win when it comes to tangibles. When it comes to intangibles he's a baby ***** compared to Pacquiao, and stands little chance of competing with a mental giant like Manny. That said though, people have a funny way of reacting to adversity. Again, I give Clottey a good chance to win, provided he doesn't start faking injuries and hiding in his shell all ****ing night.

I give him a 10% chance against Pac - and I'm a fan of Clottey.

    Wide scorecard decision for Pacquiao.

How do you figure? Clottey isn't a journeyman who has lost to nobodies. He lost a competitive fight against a tough Margarito and won/lost (depending who you are) against Cotto. He may have headbutted his way to a DQ against Baldomir, but again he wasn't being outclassed. I think this is a pick'em fight and would not be shocked at all if Clottey won. As a matter of fact, I think PacMan's team really did him a disservice by selecting such a big threat.

guy is would definitely shock the world if he were to beat PacMan. It would probably be bigger than Tyson/Douglas. Now Clottey on the other hand is very capable of beating PacMan.

no way he will beat paquiao, the politics dont allow that,if by any chance he wins, and he wont, paquio will have to face maybe moralez again or castillo,to build him right up...but this is nonsence, nobody will let clottey win!

I never fall asleep during a manny pacquiao fight, but clottey with the issues of making 147 4 weeks before the biggest fight of his career at 147
can't be good for his supporters.

Excellent assessment. Clottey is one of boxing's biggest underperformers. He shows all fight long that he "could" do something, but just lets his biggest moments slip away from him. I would NEVER bet on him in a big fight for that reason. Those factors coupled with the fact that he's facing Manny - someone who knows how to win - and you have to believe Clottey's chances are slim.
