Where do you get this infomation from that Khan is feather fisted? Let me guess. You just made it up? Freddie Roach [don't know if you've heard of him] says he has good power and great speed. Its a well known fact to anybody that has two eyes that Khan moves fast and has decent power. I can't believe you have over 2, 000 posts and you seem to know **** all. Just another little hater...
There is no proff that Khan has decent power; he's never KO'd anyone, all his "KO's" are referee stoppages when he lets his arm punch flurries go. The new, improved, unstoppable future ATG knockout monster who will rule the heavyweight division now he's with Roach is clearly evident, seeing as he stopped a guy who been dropped by (at least) two people with KO percentages of SEVEN AND TEN PERCENT. He rocked Diaz in his last fight. He stunned Hatton when they fought. And he dropped someone who's name completely escapes me (N'Dou?) who's got a good chin.
Its not about power, its about the combination of both. And I wouldn't be surprised if Khan hurt him, I don't however think he would knock him out. I am getting sick of the immature little haters on this site. NOBODY, uses logic or anything, its just straight up ****ing hate and making up things that they don't have any proof on.
Paulie is going to get a beating of his life, while he will be on the run for most of the fight. Khan is yet to fully unload at 140 his more natural weight. Vs Kotelnik he was mostly on the back foot, vs Salita we saw him unload fully at 140 and the results were good. I think if Paulie stands and fights Khan high output will wear him down and stop him.
No, he did not stun hatton. He left him off-balance. But nobody would call that a stun, unless you're a fanboy/hater. And diaz is smaller then Paulie anyway. Khan is the same size and naturally bigger then Diaz. I can't believe people are trying to say he has power when he has clearly got none. And the proof is in watching peoples head snap back as he throws the jabs out and the words of roach and ariza when they talk about his training, they say he has decent power, just like his sparring partners. Jesus ****ing christ, how can people be so blind? Its all over interviews and videos! But NOPE!
Paulie is slicky and awkward to fight, with speed that isn't too far from Khans, as well as height and reach within an inch or two of each other. Khan is bothered by a lot more things than power, his Prescott loss seems to have blurred that. He struggles with other things on top of power punchers.
So on one hand you're claiming Khan to be a knockout monster, when he's only ever fought people significantly smaller than him (except the guy that almost sent him home as a vegetable). Yet you refute the time Paulie rocked Diaz based on the fact he's smaller. Does not compute. Wow so his trainer and camp say he has good power? well **** me what an unbiased and purely factual source. The guys that Khan ahs fought thus far show us nothing about his power at world level, "its all over the interviews and videos!". What a ****ing ******ed statement, you're a god damn imbecile.
Malignaggi has shown a very good Chin. Imagine what would have happened to Khan if he was in the ring with Cotto that night instead of Malignaggi. Khan would not have lasted 2 rounds. Khan is feather fisted anyway at 140 all he does is throw pitter pat punches at the gloves.
Khan has had plenty of KO's. You are Irish, you must have seen his fight with ***an. ***an is a tough cookie and he disposed of him in two rounds. He isn't a KO artist but he does have power to end fights quickly.
Khan has learned alot since the Prescott loss, not to mention a very good level of sparing, and training under Roach. This fight vs Paulie should show alot of things he has picked with in the Wild card gym and put them on display.
Are people wrong for basing their opinion on what they've seen Khan do in the ring and not what Freddie Roach is claiming he's doing in training?
