See this is what i was saying in the other thread. Tell me who in Gods name Lenny has beat to even be considered a Top 15 ranked fighter to fight for a "world title"???

Zappa has 2 or 3 aussie titles 2 or 3 regional titles

Also great wins over Tommy Browne who has fought for real world titles before and Gary st Clair....do you know who he is :yep

Its an IBO title you can just about get one if you buy 2 packets of cornflakes at coles these days.

Yea It's only an IBO.

 

IBO will sanction a title if both boxers are within their top 35 rankings.
Better yet they may sanction an exception like in Dominguez's case.

So yeah pretty much if u have the money, by all means u can get an IBO title shot.
