What round will Dirrell stop Abraham?

well I bet the odds not necessarily what I believe the most likely outcome is.

Dirrell is never gonna stop Abraham. He might win a UD but never by KO.

 

Well, Froch went down against Taylor. Abraham did not. Froch was losing on points in the same fight, Abraham was winning. Abraham is a biggest challenge for Dirrell than Froch. Can he step up and win? Maybe. He'll have to be a lot better than he was against Froch. A ko by Dirrell is the last scenario I see in that match.

 

I agree. He may hurt AA a few times, but he will probably not stop him.

agree completely. what I think people seem to fail to remember in this thread is Abraham's defense. Is Dirrell's output really going to do anything to penetrate AA's turtle shell?

You could see Dirrell didn't come to fight against Froch, and it's in my opinion that this could well have been down to intimidation. If he was scared by Froch, he'll be shitting it against Abraham. I expect we'll see a similar performance from Dirrell as we did against Froch, we'll see a lot of grappling and a lot of convenient trips etc.

Dirrell has all the makings of a fantastic boxer, but he's yet to prove anything. Yes he's very fast and elusive, but he's got the testicular fortitude of a camp homo. He'll take a few rounds from AA, perhaps make him look a bit silly at times, but Dirrell KO'ing AA I think is a very, very tall order.

I chose AA by late round tko/UD.

I disagree somewhat. I thin against Froch he was wondering himself if he was even belonged in the Super 6. I think he proved to himself, and to many others, that he definitely belongs there. His confidence will be light years ahead of where it was for the Froch fight.


I'm not saying it will help him, but I think he will at least open up little more when he gets the opportunity.
