i would really like to see pavlik win.

hes still got a good future as a champ and needs to get back where he was pre bhop.

I think Martinez will win, unlike the fight with Williams, which he won without time to train, he will have time to train for Pavlik. Williams is still hiding.

It ain't rocket science. KP's KO ratio in fights at 160 scheduled for 8 or more rounds is 100%. Sergio's lack of defensive accumen is his greatest liabilty. Defensive fundamentals are almost completely absent. Martinez relies almost entirely upon speed and athleticism, and that deteriorates rapidly after 6-7 rounds. Kelly has 12 rounds to get the job done.

Pavlik will lose some rounds, but over all he will tear Sergio's ass up with stiff jabs, right hands, and that long left hook from outside.

How long the fight lasts depends on how aggressive Martinez is willing to get. The more agressive he is, the sooner Pavlik leaves him in a heap on the canvass.

If Sergio gets caught early like he did against Williams this fight ends early. At best, I imagine Sergio can fight like Freitas vs Corrales, and eventually he's going wear himself out and Pavlik stops him.

Martinez will outbox Pavlik to a UD, IMO. A puncher's chance is all Kelly has.

I think Pav may have better stamina. Hopefully for Martinez he won't fade in the last three rounds.
