mitchell in UK is no easy feat - he'd want a big payday as a loss will hurt.

Pity Mick doesn't have the same clout to get the fight downunder, although they mention the US as well.

 

Do you know if this fight will be for the full monty....or the interim?

 

Reports out of the UK news websites quote Frank Warren as saying Marquez is vacating the 135lbs title as unable to make that weight any longer, hence one would assume then that it's for the full title?

If so, that's great news for Katsidis. The same reports are quoting Warren again as saying he's lookng at that bout for late May / June in London in the northern hempishere summer at either O2 Arena or Wembley.

As an East Ender, Mitchell is a big West Ham fan and the owner of 'The Hammers' who used to sponsor Lennox Lewis among other fighters was quoted in reports that he'd love to bring the fight to Upton Park.

I still hope Katsidis get's a shot at a Marquez or someone of that stature though in the future, deserves a big pay day for the efforts he brings to the table.
