Would Amir Khan's style look good against Paulie Malignaggi?

I've been thinking recently whether Amir Khan's style would suit Paulie's to make him look good in his US Debut. Khan himself quoted that "His style will make me look good".

And I'm not very good on styles. So I'd appreciate if ESB could tell me :)

i aint being biased but khan reminds me of a bigger version of a young pacquaio, look at the amount of angle and combination punches he is throwing

roach is making him into a top fighter, khan is just too quick and slick for paulie

Why even look at the styles when Malignaggi will be looking up at the ring lights after 60 seconds, when Khan layz him out.

I'm almost certain that Khan is gonna win this one... Malignaggi is the perfect opponent for him. No power, less speed, slightly less technical, just as big an ego and attention hungry.

How do you figure this? Do you have eyes? Khan jumps in and out at high speed PISTON PUNCHING. He's cranking at the shoulders. STRICTLY. Malignaggi can actually pick his spots, feint, and BOX.

    GTFOH.

Whilst I agree, I take it your picking Paulie?

Malignaggi will have the technique and defensive advantage here...but Khan is going to overwhelm him and use his superior speed to take a decision here.

Basically, everything that Paulie does well, Khan does better.

I expect Khan to look sensational against Paulie.

I think it could go either way. Khan will look really good, or Malignaggi will make him look bad.
Khan wins for me in both scenario's, but it could be a tough 12 rounds for Khan. If Khan wins this bout, I think he gains a lot more experience than if he was facing Maidana next. I havn't seen Khan in with anyone who boxes like Malignaggi, so it will be a good test.

Malignaggi isnt a risky opponant for Khan.. cant crack an egg, so so punch output and is giving up inches in height and reach? (not sure about reach but height for sure)...Paulie doesnt do so bad against fairly rigid stand up boxer types though.

I dont see Paulie having just any chance of winning this fight...But I dont necessarily think Khan will look that good winning..If Amir wants to stand and box with Paulie, he will still win but probably will miss a ton a shots and frankly look pretty shite in the process.

Still a great fight for Amir for his American debut...Paulie still has plenty of clout in the division.

Hadn't that about it, but sure. Malignaggi wins. Superior speed... That's something that gets bandied about alot. Relative speed is what it comes down to. Superior speed... That's for Mayweather/Baldomir. Say Khan can throw 93 and Malignaggi can throw 90. That's 3 mph, my friend. That's nothing.
