Good match up. Two young, undefeated guys with less than twenty fights each fighting for an alphabet strap.

How do people see this going?

I don't know much about Vazquez but I think he is the underdog in this fight. How good is he? How do you rate his chances against the new "Marvelous" Marvin?

    Fight is next Saturday btw.

This is the type of fight that makes me believe in boxing again. Two undefeated guys who are still relatively prospects given they are in the early stages of their career, both prepared to put it on the line and face each other.

Looking forward to this fight. I wish some network would have done their homework and picked it up, but nobody did. I keep going back and forth, one day I go with Sonsona the next day I go with Vazquez Jr.

vazquez is raw he didnt had an amateur career, he has a punches chance plus it'll be in his hometown so sonsona better win convincinly cause any close decision is going to vazquez

Sonsona takes this in my estimation. Vasquez Jr is not quite ready just yet.

Well going by his username (Puertorricane) I'm assuming he is Puerto Rican which means his mother tongue is Spanish and in that case his English is pretty damn good in my book.

Sonsona looks pretty smooth and advanced, skillwise, for a late teen.

Especially compared to most Filipino boxers (mostly slugger types, esp. early in their career)

He's long and lean and knows how to fight tall (when he wants to)

I'm just concerned with his stamina and conditioning.

Probably the weight drain might have something to do about it.

He lost a lot of steam in the late rounds of his previous fight.

this. sonsona is better technically and is much quicker. vasquez has a punchers chance, but you've gotta go with sonsona by decision if you're betting.
