I'm on board. It's hard not to root for him now, he's exciting, he's a warrior, he's stepping up in terms of competition and he's improving as a fighter. I'd like to see him fight any of Soto/Katsidis/Funeka next.

The Terror Train exists. Edwin Valero is in my top 10 pfp. He has it all. He has defense, a chin, power in both hands, the ability to box going forward and backward, and he does not care who you are or what kind of power you have. He will walk through you, or out slug you, doesn't matter, and if Valero-Floyd were to happen, I'd ride with Valero...

My top favorite fighters in order: Abraham/Valero/Floyd all #1, 1a, 1b lol...

Valero can't make 130, but if he were to ever fight Gamboa, remember when Tommy Hearns hit Martin Lawrence on the episode when Martin and Tommy fought...and remember how Martin looked when he came out of the bedroom to sit next to Gina on the couch lol...

Ed would need a while to fight @ 147 I think. He might be able to do it because he has such great natural strength. If he gets on the "Pacquiao Plan", he could fight @ 147 easy! LMAO

I am sure he can handle 140 right now though.

You and I have taken a lot of heat for our claims about Valero, but I don't see any of those people saying they are sorry for being such *ssholes! LMAO

Funny thing is, what he did against DeMarco was just okay for him. He can box better than that even, whenever the opponent will demand it. Some great fighters just need other excellent fighters to bring the best out of them.

Remember how Calzaghe would not always look as good against b-level guys, the look super against the better ones? I think Ed is the same.

I sure love to watch him fight!

Anyone who saw the Mosquera knew then that Valero would be special, and that he had skills. The easy question is always who has he fought. Mosquera tried to walk through Valero, and Valero was hit, wobbled, and down, and he got up to not only dominate "El Loco", but to stop him. I never care what the fans think when they ask "who has he beaten", orwho has this fighter or that fighter beaten. That's a cop out. I knew Valero was the goods before and after the Mosquera fight.

After Roy Jones Jr example you may say that Valero is KOing everybody because
his conditioning is **** and he knows he wouldn't survive the whole 12 rounds :hey
