yeap, that sums it pretty much - we want AA and Froch reacting against Ward's tactics... and we'll pay for it!

It's seems odd to me to read all about how Ward "schooled" Kessler. Among his many fouls you can count nine head butts. If you doubt me, watch the fight, and count them yourself.

One or two head butts could be accidental. Nine head butts is clearly an intentional tactic. Whether they were accidental or not really isn't even the main point. Reiss should have warned Ward after the first one, warned him again after the second one, taken a point after the third, two points after the fourth, and disqualified him after the fifth. Ward should have been DQed based solely on the five head butts Reiss admitted he saw.

I was there in Oakland, and did think Ward was guilty of several headbuts. He probably should have had a point deducted or two, but it still couldn't explain how flat Kessler looked. I was one of the few in the arena, who was going for Kessler, and Kessler was thoroughly outworked, and hustled, and over all outlclassed. I couldn't believe how slow he looked compared to Ward.

Kessler looked like crap. It seemed like he was trying to counter punch off a guy who clearly hand faster hands. Dumb idea.

He's got heart I'll give him that. Ward's fighting style always kind of blurs the rules a bit, but all in all he outclassed his opponent.

My bad bro....I just thought you said the fight was overall biased in the commentating and officiating. I agree that Mikkel deserves an even playing field....all boxers do. Especially in this sport....but I do think the fight was fiar, but pretty sloppy in spots and yes....the fouls were committed by Ward.

That's how I feel, Kessler was in shape but his tactics for the fight were all wrong, and his inability to change when plan A isn't working was exposed imo.

Why would a well schooled olympic gold medalist resort to butting a man to win a fight? Ward kicked Kesslers ass, and Kessler was in a fight where unintentional butts took place.

Kesselr is old, finding it hard to make 168, his time is almost up. Kessler doesn't have anything but an ok jab, and right hand which is easy to see coming an defend against.

Kessler's trainer asked him to quit so that the fight could be called a no-contest. Maybe I'm wrong lol...
