He has slowed down compared to his speed at SF which is expected when you move up in weight but is still very fast!

Pac's skill, same with his boxing IQ, is underrated because of his seemingly brawling offensive style.

**** me he was fast back then!

But it's next to impossible to retain that sort of speed when you move up in weight. Floyd experienced the same thing. However despite that, they both are freakishly fast for Welterweights

Amazing hand and foot speed. He's like a rabbit amped on Red Bull.

True. He also gained some power to replace the speed lost.

Manny is fast...VERY fast for a WW. He's up there with Zab and Floyd. But he's definitly slower now than he was at his lower weights which is reasonable....his power has improved which has balanced everything else out.

Hadnt noticed the speed difference til comparing these videos side by side. Its amazing. The second vid is showing full swings too. Now imagine that **** in a street fight, that guy would hit you 10 times before you can even count to 2.
