... and you made a tit of yourself against your better judgement.

Anyone else made embaressing picks due to blind patriotism and/or falling for pre-fight hype? I shall start and be honest here: as much as I rate PBF (regular posters will know how much I rate him), I honestly fell for the pre-fight 'Undefeated' event hype and started to really believe that Hatton could give PBF one hell of a performance and maybe upset the odds.

This is without a doubt my ultimate boxing fan related shame and I still cringe now when I look back:-:)patsch:lol:. Stylistically, Hatton was never going to win this fight and, against my better judgement, I got consumed by the event. Anyone else got any bad boxing picks they want to 'fess up about when they allowed their heart to rule their head?:think

    :good

You aren't alone around here mate, loads were picking Hatton against Mayweather and Pacquiao  The Mayweather/Hatton fight was considered 60/40 in favour of Mayweather by ESB which was ridiculous

I've never let my heart rule my head, I even predicted my favourite would lose but one pick I'm not proud of is Marg over Mosley. That was a shocker.

I thought Bruno would beat Tyson both times!! Hey, I was only a nipper. Moving on.

And yep I bet on Hatton to beat Floyd. I thought Hatton was gonna do a Duran - Leonard 1. The shame, the shame of it all.

Dan, I got those pictures you sent me of your ****. No homo, of course.

 That's how I feel about it as well. The shame:-(. Sky warped my mind!

Maybe this is a recurring theme with Hatton:think. I'm glad others felt the same way and I haven't been embaressed by this as much as I thought I would be, though. I always thought Pac would do Ricky, though- by that point I had learned to never be let down by hype again and to go with my instinct:lol:.
