I disagree with Hatton. If he lacked confidence he wouldn't have been so open against Pacquiao. Pacman was going to win anyway, but one of the reasons it happened that fast was possibly due to Hatton underestimating him.

I think Hatton is a good shout, mentally he has been shot to **** ever since the Mayweather fight.

I know both ''lost'' fights prior but Golota was ruined by a combination of Bowe still being on his feet in the 2nd fight and the 90 second blowout against Lewis..... and Roy Jones losing to Tarver after the questionable decision in the 1st fight.

De La Hoya maybe, he sort of went into semi-retirement after the loss to Trinidad - but to counter that you have the KO win over Vargas in a real grudge match (after 18 months off) and the decent-ish showing against Mayweather.

Would be interesting to come up with names of fighters who were ''wreckers''..... Hopkins is an obvious one, as is Trinidad.

yeah, great blueprint, lose against Cotto in one of the Puerto Rican's best performances. That really laid the blue print out for Margarito.

Adrian Dodson was never the same after Winky. He looked like a superstar coming up.

Chiquita Gonzales was an animal until his first loss. After that he kind of lost his gunslinger attitude. Did a lot after though so may not strictly count.

Riddick Bowe didn't do much after Holy II but I don't think it neccessarily the loss which did it
